Fees & Insurance
My full non-discounted fee is $125 per 50 minute session.
I am an “in network provider” for many insurance companies including:
Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare
Being an “in-network provider” means that I will be able to see you for a specific number of sessions over a specific period of time and that you are responsible for a co-payment for each session.
Many insurance policies have provisions for “out of network benefits” which usually reimburse a percentage of your fee payment, often times after a deductible is met. In cases such as these I am happy to provide any related paperwork for submission to your insurance for your reimbursement; however you must pay the fee up front before each session.
I have some flexibility in my ability to provide fee for service sessions at a discounted rate, and this can be addressed on a case by case basis.
I can accept cash, personal check or credit cards as a method of payment.
With limited exceptions,
insurance companies do not reimburse
for telephone sessions. Therefore
unless you see me regularly in person and on occasion request doing a session by phone, I will need to charge a fee for service, by way of credit card, at the beginning
of each telephone session.
